Posting consistantly may yield favorable results. However when doing so it would be advisable if you keep varying your descreptions. Using different images is also advisable. If you make a sale, your account is instantly credited with the commission that is owed to you. That way the system keeps adding the respective amounts until the threshold is reached.
When you reach the threshold set by the company, you could withdraw the money.

Simply putting it, check out a product or service that you would like to promote, read the owner's review of the product or service, then either write your own review or just a summary of what the owner has posted, and then start posting on social media.
You could also create a splash page if you know how to, with your version of the merits of the product or service, add images if available, and then start promoting the splash page via the various free advertising sites that are available online.
