Hey! ... Wanna see some cool "hand-made" images? ...
This page has been created to discuss images I have created for my online activities, and some of which I have uploaded to this website. If you arrived here via some search method and if you don't find many images here yet, please visit the home page by clicking on the link at the bottom.
Navigating the site via the links presented on the index on the right hand side of this page, and also by clicking on the links at the bottom of each page you visit, you will be able to view quite a number of the images I have created.
In short, every page on this site contains an image or two or many more that I have created using this free software. However there are a couple of images that are not created by me, as the owner of some programs that I am promoting here has made available images to be hyperlinked to his site.
A good number of the images I have posted here and elsewhere have been created using the free software called 'paint dot net' This is a very versatile and user friendly software and I am much indebted to the makers.
Unfortunately this software is not available right now. As soon as it is available once more, I shall post a link to it right here. In the meantime I would recommend a site called 'canva dot com' which is equally versatile in many ways and better in some ways.
I am continuing to refer to the former, which I guess will be back soon, and you will be able to download it and start using it for your gain.
Once you install and launch this software, experimenting at length with it will definitely be beneficial. You will be amazed at what you could create all by yourself using the features this software contains.
For instance, you could modify any photograph or existing image by simply right clicking on it and selecting the "edit" function. The software will then open the image on its platform. Once the software is installed on your system, any image on your computer will, on right click show the edit feature and launch the software via the image when this function is selected.
Here's something that you should consider of utmost importance ... When editing an image, make sure you retain the original and edit only a copy. Just in case you screw up your editing campaign, you will still have the original intact with which you could generate another copy and make one more attempt at modifying it.
The "effects" feature is indeed a very useful tool for those who are creative. Keep experimenting with this feature including as many of its sub features as you can. You will be amazed at how you are able to create such cool images. So ... keep on at it, and that is to only way you could exercise your creativity and develop it!
Hey! It's available once more ... do a Google search for paint.net!
Good luck with your designing!
